Returns
Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
Order Issues
